Job summary

JT4, LLC in Las Vegas, NV (also Lancaster, CA) seeks an experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to evaluate, install and configure enterprise computer systems, with a focus on OS and network management.

The role requires strong security, backups, storage management (NAS/SAN), and the ability to design web pages and coordinate upgrades across design, test, production environments. Government-clearance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Level VI: 15+ years in computer systems and security clearance.
• Level V: 12+ years, broad OS/server experience and clearance.
• Level IV: 9+ years, OS maintenance in centralized/distributed servers, clearance.
• Level III: 7+ years, Windows server, CAD/CAM, databases, web apps, deadlines.
• Level II: 5 years, Windows server, CAD/CAM, databases, web apps, deadlines.
• Level I: 3 years, basic IT, server maintenance, clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system specifications and configure enterprise computer systems.
• Provide OS support including backups, restores, and security.
• Monitor LAN performance and troubleshoot networking hardware.
• Organize directory structures and train staff on DMS.
• Design and maintain visually esthetic web pages.
• Specify hardware requirements and track equipment configurations.
• Serve as POC for problem reporting and version updates.
• Plan and perform system upgrades across environments.
• Analyze system logs for issues.
• Manage NAS and SAN storage solutions.
• Research and integrate new technologies into the data center.
• Other duties as required.
