Job summary

JT4, LLC in the United States is seeking a System Administrator II to deploy and maintain Windows server environments, configure services, and ensure compatibility across systems. The role requires the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance up to Secret and DoD IAM Level II within 180 days, with strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent training.
• Five years related experience or combination of computer system basics and related areas.
• Broad knowledge of computer science, graphics and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Workstation administration: update, monitor, and maintain workstations enterprise-wide.
• Performance tuning: monitor, identify bottlenecks, tune parameters, optimize resources.
• User management: create and maintain admin, user, and service accounts with least privilege.
• Network integration: configure DHCP/DNS and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Inventory/AV: manage IT equipment and conference room support for Teams/secure video calls.
• Security clearance readiness: obtain/maintain DoD clearance and IAM Level II certification within 180 days.
