Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy test ranges. The role focuses on operating system installation, network configuration, security, storage management, and cross-team coordination.

The Systems Administrator IV position requires 9+ years in computer systems, DoD security readiness, and the ability to obtain clearance. It emphasizes independent contribution, policy adherence, and ongoing system upgrades in a government contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 9 years in computer systems
• Experience maintaining OS and server environments
• Ability to obtain DoD IAM Level II certification within 6 months
• Ability to obtain government security clearance
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Performs daily operational support on the computer OS including security, access, configuration, backups and restores
• Monitors LAN performance and troubleshoots networking hardware
• Organizes and secures directory structure; trains staff in DM/CM procedures
• Maintains and designs functional, esthetically pleasing web pages
• Provides hardware requirements and tracking for configurations and logs
• Acts as POC for problem reporting and system upgrades
• Recommends future hardware/software implementations and process improvements
• Provides operational status as required
• Analyzes system logs to identify potential issues
• Manages storage solutions including NAS/SAN systems
• Other duties as required
