Job summary

JT4, LLC operates real-time flight-testing environments at the Ridley Mission Control Center (RMCC). The System Administrator IV will lead a team, monitor systems and networks, and implement policies for reliable mission support.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 9+ years in computer systems, DoD protocol knowledge, and the ability to obtain security clearance; CompTIA Security+ is a plus. Will work nonstandard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with nine years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
• Experience in real-time mission support environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and administer real-time flight-testing systems.
• Lead work center personnel in resolving anomalies and monitoring status.
• Develop, modify and review Operating Instructions and procedures.
• Provide customer service and coordinate with stakeholders across teams.
• Perform system upgrades and document changes for compliance.
