Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a System Admin to join our intel team in the Baltimore area. The role supports a large, distributed network and requires strong system administration and troubleshooting skills to deliver timely, reliable IT services.

The candidate should have experience with Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, virtualization, and security protocols, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-domain environment and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience as a systems administrator supporting end users and technical staff.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory; patching and backups.

Responsibilities

• Install applications and administer systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Manage security and performance optimization across the environment.
• Maintain documentation for complex server/network configurations.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with upper management on resolutions.
• Support occasional travel and lift up to 50 lbs.
