Job summary

Belay Technologies seeks a Mid-Level System Administrator to join our intel team in Maryland. The SA2 will support IT systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance across client/server/storage/network devices, including UNIX/Windows OS configurations.

The role includes Tier 1 and 2 support, and ongoing system optimization for reliability and performance. The candidate should hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Ten years of SA experience in comparable programs/contracts is required.
• Five additional SA years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
