Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
• Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage day-to-day operations of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and loads, troubleshoots, and maintains network components.
• Support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and participate in resolution processes.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
