Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drives incident and problem management processes and coordinates second-level escalations.
• Oversees cross-functional projects, applying deep subject-area expertise and ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Collaborates with technical and project leaders to resolve system problems and application-specific issues.
• Communicates with product users and suppliers to share information and prioritize requirements.
• Monitors system performance, stability, and availability across IT domains, and plans complex configuration changes.
• Develops guidelines to prevent recurring problems and performs performance tuning.
