Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership experience (with or without direct reports).
• Minimum of two years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Biomedical, Clinical, Mechanical, Electrical), engineering technology, or related field OR six years of related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning by sharing information and building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
• Completes assignments autonomously and supports business projects with expert solutions.
• Provides regulatory and compliance oversight across government regulations, standards, and hazard alerts.
• Supports clinical systems through testing, configuration, and environment requirements for deployment.
• Provides technical expertise for clinical systems and coordinates incident investigations when needed.
• Executes healthcare technology assessments, site planning, and cost-benefit analyses for multiple care settings.
• Keeps abreast of new healthcare technologies and disseminates insights across the enterprise.
• Develops and manages technology plans with milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasting.
