Base pay range

$131,040.00/yr - $189,280.00/yr

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Skills and attributes for success:
  • This individual will manage the archiving of Relativity databases, developing, managing, and documenting workflows to identify, archive, and delete materials according to policies and regulations.
  • Typically reports to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
  • Consults with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys regarding system requirements and technical approaches.
  • Determines system and project requirements based on consultations.
  • Designs entire systems to meet defined requirements.
  • Performs technical support, including program validations and testing for smaller projects.
  • Performs systems evaluations and presents findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinates with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel, priorities, and progress reporting.
  • Reports on contract and task order progress.
  • Supervises personnel performing on-task orders, ensuring conformance to standards and requirements.
  • Ensures successful completion of work, timely delivery, and quality control.
  • Prepares system/technical documentation and training materials.
  • Works under the configuration management plan and supervises technical tasks.
  • Organizes and conducts user training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Significant Relativity experience, including creating ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move).
  • Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
  • At least five years of hands-on experience with relevant systems.
  • Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments.
  • Experience in litigation support environments is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Leadership ability to guide technical teams and analyze client needs.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Ideally, you will have:
  • Relativity Certified Administrator or Infrastructure Specialist Certificate.
