Job summary

The American College of Radiology (ACR) seeks a Systems Administrator to support IT infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. You will administer Windows and Linux servers, manage AWS and hybrid-cloud resources, and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and core networking services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT.
• 5+ years administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, availability, and performance; respond to alerts to ensure services.
• Administer AWS and hybrid-cloud resources, IAM, and networking.
• Manage Microsoft 365, AD, and Entra ID services and access controls.
• Maintain DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP and core networking services.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and change-management processes.
• Automate routine tasks via scripting and configuration tools.
• Document infrastructure and support DR/runbooks.
