AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems. The role is full-time and onsite in Columbia/Suitland, Maryland, with a clear TS/SCI with poly requirement.

Responsibilities include documentation, system administration, software/hardware maintenance and desktop support, plus joining a comprehensive benefits program. Weekly hours: 40; time type: Regular.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10 and VMware.

This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered. Actual work location will be Suitland, MD.

AT&T has an opening for a Senior System Administrator to support operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
• Provide system administration support
• Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
• Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.

Clearance Requirements

Active TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Eight years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware.

Desired Qualifications

• Security+ or relevant certification.

Our Senior System Administrator's earn between $89,200 - $192,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
