Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Senior Information Security Professional for SAP-IT systems supporting defense intelligence collection. Onsite role at customer site with SAP programs, involving security planning, monitoring, and RMF-based A&A processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining SSPs/POA&Ms, continuous monitoring, and coordinating with teams to ensure control implementation. Requires TS/SCI with Poly and DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with IC/DoD A&A processes (RMF, NIST 800-53, JSIG).
• Experience with XACTA.
• DoD approved information security controls/documentation for classified systems.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2).

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on security of assigned information systems.
• Maintain and develop SSP, SCTM, ConMon, POA&Ms and related plans/g guidance.
• Monitor and correlate data from sources (Splunk, Trellix, STIGs, ACAS) to identify threats.
• Perform security sustainment activities: change management, account management, file transfers, etc.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented and validated, including continuous monitoring.
• Assist in overseeing SAP Information Systems operations.
• Support Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) across the design lifecycle to obtain/maintain ATO/ATC.
• Demonstrate understanding of networks, cloud, and IT system security authorization procedures.

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

AT&T has an opening for a Senior Information Security Professional for the TAC2O systems in providing managed IT support of SAP-IT systems for high-priority defense intelligence collection needs and develop and field advanced technical collection capabilities.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsibilities are full-time on customer's onsite and will cover classified programs and Special Access Programs (SAP). No Telework.
• Provide subject matter expertise and serve as an advisor on technical matters involving the security of assigned Information Systems.
• Maintain and develop System Security Plans (SSP), Security Controls Traceability Matrices (SCTM, Continuous Monitoring Plans (ConMon), Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms), and other related Plans, Procedures and Guidance.
• Monitoring and correlating data (e.g., logs, events, activity, etc.) from a variety of sources (e.g., Splunk, Trellix, STIGs, ACAS, etc.) to identify and mitigate threats, vulnerabilities and non-compliance.
• Security sustainment activities (Change Management, Account Management, Media Protection, File Transfers, etc.)
• Ensure required cybersecurity controls are implemented and validated, to include continuous monitoring actions.
• Assist in overseeing and managing day-to-day operation of SAP Information Systems.
• Assist team in Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) process using RMF across the design lifecycle for classified systems obtaining and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC).
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Networks, Cloud, and IT system security authorization procedures.

Required Clearance

TS/SCI with Poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong experience with IC/DoD customer's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process (e.g., RMF, NIST800-53, ICD503, JSIG)
• Experience with XACTA
• Experience in developing and implementing DoD approved information security controls, procedures and documentation for the operation of classified systems
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Must presently be 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2)

Desired Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position and eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Previous experience as an ISSO, ISSM, ISSE, or Security Controls Assessor
• Experience with the Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Intelligence Community (IC)

Our Senior Information Security Professional's earn between $98,100 - $205,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
