Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to lead complex Windows/Linux enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and identity services.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and drive service improvements across hosted and database platforms, while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to maintain reliable, secure systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in enterprise IT environments.
Experience with Windows-based enterprise systems in a mixed Windows/Linux environment.
Experience with virtualization, storage, hosted services, and platform administration.
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining secure, compliant systems per DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior systems administrator and technical lead in a mixed Windows/Linux enterprise environment.
Administer and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, databases, hosted services, and related enterprise technologies.
Manage core services such as VMware vSphere, network storage, file services, web hosting, and application hosting.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting infrastructure, services, performance, and availability.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support to other IT personnel.
