Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator in the Indianapolis area. You will partner with vCIOs to architect modern workplace solutions, including M365, Azure, and VDI, enabling secure remote work.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT support, certifications like CCA, and hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and VDI. Travel up to 25% is expected, with hybrid or remote options available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Endpoint & Mobile Device Management using Intune, SCCM and Autopilot.
• Knowledge of VDI, Remote Desktop Services, and networking basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) certification is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy devices via Intune, Autopilot, and SOTI for seamless onboarding.
• Support high-performing VDI and secure remote access environments.
• Lead escalation management and document solutions clearly for clients.
