Field of Talent is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to champion modern workplace solutions for our mid‑market and enterprise clients. You will design, deploy, and secure cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, partnering with vCIOs and business leaders to deliver work‑from‑anywhere ecosystems.

Focus areas include M365, Azure, VDI, Intune, and endpoint management; with 25% travel. The role values certification growth, direct client impact, and a hybrid/remote work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical support experience; preferably in an MSP environment.
• Endpoint & Mobile Device Management with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Desktop Services, and networking basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
• Active AZ-900, AZ-104, and Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy devices via Intune, Autopilot, and SOTI for seamless user onboarding.
• Support high-performing VDI and secure remote access environments.
• Safeguard clients through MFA, endpoint protection, and automated patching.
• Lead escalation management for complex issues and document solutions in ITGlue.

Job description

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid or remote. Hybrid if near Indianapolis, Indiana. Remote if open to travel.
• Geography Requirements: Candidates must reside in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, or Kentucky
• Travel: Up to 25% travel
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary + benefits
• NOTE: We're seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer with broad-based Microsoft Modern Workplace proficiency. Working knowledge of Citrix is required, but our client's organization is migrating away from this technology (2028 - 2029). Experience with SOTI is a "plus" but not required.

Required Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of technical support experience; preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Endpoint & Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Desktop Services, and Networking Basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS)
