OSC Technical Solutions seeks an experienced IT infrastructure professional to support hardware, software, and cloud components. You will drive implementation and design services across teams and customers.

The role focuses on incident resolution, system monitoring, backup strategies, and documentation. Strong identity management skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are required for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Real ID Act compliant identification at time of hire.
• Ability to obtain DOE PIV badge and U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Map the relationship between IT platform/infrastructure components.
• Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms.
• Investigate and analyze problems to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Design and implement system monitoring and performance optimization solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain backup strategies ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Prepare written technical documentation, training material, standards and reports.
• Evaluate procurements of Windows or appliance-based hardware and software.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership and ROI of IT infrastructure alternatives.
