Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft environment experience, including 365 services and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, security, and governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end‑user support skills.
• Knowledge of networking basics, firewalls, VPNs, and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud and on‑prem infrastructure (servers, storage, network devices).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID licensing and security.
