Job summary

Magnaflow, an Oceanside, CA based automotive aftermarket leader, seeks a Systems Administrator to manage on-prem and cloud AD infrastructure, administer O365 with MFA/SSO, and oversee security controls. You will perform upgrades, patching, backups, and provide advanced technical support while mentoring helpdesk staff in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires 3-5 years in IT administration, a IT-related degree or equivalent experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in IT help desk/systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-prem and cloud AD infrastructure.
• Maintain Microsoft Office 365 and identity access with MFA/SSO.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and security audits.
• Back up and recover data; document procedures and provide second-level support.
