Job summary
Magnaflow, based in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to optimize ERP-driven manufacturing workflows. You will configure ERP modules, support BOMs and routings, and partner with engineering and ops to ensure accurate data and efficient shop floor execution.
You will lead testing, train-the-trainer sessions, and create documentation to enable adoption of improved processes. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Qualifications
- Experience applying ERP to manufacturing operations and shop floor workflows.
- Ability to document user requirements for ERP development and support.
- Strong problem solving and change management skills.
- Experience with ERP data like BOMs, routings and work orders.
Responsibilities
- Support, configure and improve ERP processes for production, scheduling and inventory.
- Lead testing and UAT for manufacturing features and integrations.
- Develop training materials and user guides for manufacturing teams.
- Drive adoption of new processes and system capabilities across plants.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and IT on ERP-related integrations.
