Job summary

Neumo is seeking a senior systems administrator to oversee the county’s compute, storage, and cloud infrastructure, with deep hands-on experience in Windows Server, AD, DNS, PKI, MECM, and Azure. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Certifications in Windows Server or Azure preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service requests and incidents via ServiceNow.
• Maintain compute, storage, and cloud infrastructure to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT service towers on cross-functional projects.
• Document topology diagrams and maintain knowledge base.
• Lead on-call rotation and after-hours incident response.
