Job summary

The Nuclear Company is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator to securely manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints, AWS, and Windows/Linux servers. This role serves as the Tier 3 escalation point and drives automation for provisioning, compliance evidence, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and Engineering to ensure auditable services and proactive security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical professional with a security-first mindset.
• Experience automating workflows and provisioning across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Familiarity with identity, endpoint, and server lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and scale Microsoft 365 and Entra ID across services.
• Manage endpoints and server environments (Windows/Linux) with compliant configurations.
• Automate provisioning, reporting, and evidence collection.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, and Engineering to meet audit-readiness goals.
• Perform Tier 3 escalation for complex Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and cloud issues.
