Hive Group in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to provide on-site functional and technical infrastructure support for MDA contracting offices at Redstone Arsenal. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and hands-on work with ECWM, ORBIT, PIEE, and related systems.

The position emphasizes security, compliance, and training across government automated systems, translating complex tech into actionable guidance for end users. Telework may be contract dependent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of systems administration and customer service/help desk experience.
• 8+ years of experience with DoD Contract Writing Systems (WAWF/PIEE) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site functional and technical system administration for DoD contracting directorates and program offices, communicating complex Gov systems to non-technical users.
• Sustain and improve efficiency of business and transactional operations with governance on regulations and data security.
• Perform DoD/E‑Business system administration tasks including ECWM, ORBIT, PIEE modules, and SAM.gov compliance.
