Job summary

Hive Group, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to deliver on-site support for MDA contracting systems at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will manage ECWM, ORBIT, PIEE modules and related data environments, ensuring secure, compliant operations for non-technical users.

The role requires active Secret clearance, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, and extensive DoD system experience, with training responsibilities and SOP development among your duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or related field.
• 10 years of systems administration and customer service/help desk experience.
• 8 years of DoD Contract Writing System experience (WAWF/PIEE, FPDS, E-Business).
• ITIL Foundation or Higher certification.
• DAWIA Certification (or equivalent) in Contracting or Program Management.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site functional and technical system administrator support for DoD contract writing systems across MDA directorates.
• Promote compliance and security of data reporting/retention.
• Run SQL scripts and manage security models for E-Business systems.
• Administer PIEE, ECWM, ORBIT and SAM.gov components; support IAM and data integrity.
• Develop training materials and conduct workforce training on procurement systems.
• Create and update SOPs and desk guides for the E-Business Service Desk.
