Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our Windows infrastructure both on‑premises and in Azure. You will provide hands‑on leadership, mentor junior admins, and serve as backup for the Senior Network Administrator.

The ideal candidate has deep Windows Server and cloud management skills, networking expertise, and the ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networks and Windows/Linux server administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of Windows infrastructure (on‑prem & Azure).
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and mentor junior administrators.
• Act as backup for Senior Network Administrator across sites.

Job Summary

The Senior Systems Administrator ensures the reliability, performance, and security of our Windows infrastructure—both on-premises and in Azure. This role provides hands‑on technical leadership, mentors junior administrators, and acts as the backup for the Senior Network Administrator. The ideal candidate combines deep Windows Server expertise with cloud management skills and a working knowledge of networking fundamentals.

Education

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field required. An equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible network administration experience may substitute for a degree.

Experience

• - Five (5) years of hands‑on experience supporting networks and users in a enterprise production environments.

Other Requirement(s)

• - Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) strongly preferred. Proficiency with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG). Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage technologies. Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance are required.
