Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in systems administration for Windows, Linux, or VMware environments.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Red Hat, CentOS and virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, ESXi).
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python; system monitoring, patch management and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems across Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, problems, and changes with minimal disruption.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance while troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
