Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/CS.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability, performance, and security of multi-platform systems including VMware and cloud services.
• Apply ITIL practices to incidents, problems, and changes with minimal downtime.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance while resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation and keep detailed docs and compliance.
