For our client, we are seeking a Senior System Software Engineer, SoC Power and Performance - O-RAN Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will focus on developing and optimizing system software that supports power and performance goals across complex telecommunications infrastructure. You will work closely with architecture, hardware, and engineering teams to analyze workload behavior, identify bottlenecks, and improve subsystem efficiency. The position will also contribute to modeling, validation, and forward-looking SoC decisions that help shape next-generation cellular infrastructure.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,000 – $241,500 annually
