Apple Inc. is seeking a Signal and Power Integrity Engineer to own high-speed serial interface SI/PI across silicon, package and board.

You will model, simulate, and validate SI/PI, performing 3D extractions for optimization from silicon to board and drive cross-domain co-design across SOCs and packaging to meet KPIs. Responsibilities

• Lead SI/PI modeling, simulation, and validation for high-speed SerDes.
• Perform 3D model extractions and simulations for design optimization across silicon, interposer, PCB, and package.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate signal and power integrity.
• Collaborate with product and system teams to improve product yield.
