Qualifications

• MIL-STD 882E based system safety program development and implementation
• Perform system safety planning, hazard analyses and design analyses
• Coordinate with customer safety representatives and program management

Responsibilities

• Performing System Safety planning, hazard analyses, and design analyses
• Brief safety considerations at technical reviews and safety approvals
• Interpreting system requirements, customer specifications and military standards
• Preparing internal and customer reports describing analyses relevant to System Safety
• Collaborating across disciplines to understand product architecture and design
• Interfacing with Systems, Software/Firmware, Electrical, and Hardware engineering
• Managing System Safety Working Groups between Raytheon and Customer representatives
