Qualifikationen

• Experience in requirements elicitation and traceability.
• Knowledge of ASPICE SYS.1 and SYS.2 concepts.
• Experience with lithium-ion battery systems and BMS functionality.
• Ability to collaborate across hardware, software, validation and cybersecurity teams.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and formalize stakeholder requirements for Battery Systems per customer and safety needs.
• Define attributes, acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and rationale.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability between stakeholder and system requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate capture.
• Support baselining, configuration management, and ASPICE SYS.1 compliance.
• Participate in workshops and requirement negotiations for product development.
