Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced systems engineer to support the New Glenn program. You will decompose operations, provide real-time support, and coordinate with design, test, and software teams to ensure safe, repeatable spaceflight.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in engineering and 7+ years in aerospace or large-scale systems integration, plus strong written and verbal communication. The role requires on-site work with a focus on safety and mission success.

Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, engineers, you will contribute to the development, integration, and implementation of the New Glenn operational architecture. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of the New Glenn System—spanning CONOPS, functional architecture, components, software, and system-level interactions. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.Working closely with System Operations Integration lead, and you will create a comprehensive set of constraints, alerts, and limits for the New Glenn test and launch teams.
