Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years networking design and configuration experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista or Palo Alto equipment and access layer devices.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI, VLAN, VPN concepts.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and enterprise server administration.
• Ability to manage backups, security services, and patch deployments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains and secures CRMC's enterprise network infrastructure.
• Maintain security settings across host systems using Group Policy and tools.
• Provide application support and system troubleshooting for departments.
• Lead enterprise backup management and disaster recovery testing.
• Mentor staff and participate in change management and inventory lifecycle.
