Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of college and/or technical training in a computer-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of networking design and configuration.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, or Arista devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains and secures CRMC's enterprise network infrastructure through configuration management, software updates, documentation, troubleshooting and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ensure security settings are assigned and maintained within CRMC enterprise host systems using Group Policy.
• Provide application support including configuration, updates, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Leads efforts to perform enterprise backups and routine testing for reliable recovery.
• Mentors IT staff and participates in Change Management processes.
