Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to analyze requirements and lead design and development activities for federal government projects. You will guide requirements formulation, perform feasibility studies, and provide technical leadership for integration across teams.

The role requires active security clearance and experience with system architectures, containerized software, and Kubernetes. You’ll interact with government customers and senior leadership, ensuring technical integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Linux experience is required.
• Knowledge of working with containerized software is preferred.
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations documents, and high level system architecture to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations and develop technical documentation.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation and guide system development and implementation planning.
• Interact with Government regarding SE considerations and issue resolution.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for technical integrity of work and deliverables.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
