Job summary

KBR is seeking a Principal System Engineer/Program Portfolio Manager in Bethesda, Maryland to oversee prioritized IT investments within the IC/ODNI framework and provide strategic insights for national security programs.

Responsibilities include developing program assessment processes, tracking cost, schedule, risk, and performance, and contributing to interagency reviews with a focus on integration with IC IT and IE enterprises.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of applicable experience or Master's plus 6 years; additional experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into requirements and technical options for government consideration.
• Develop program assessment processes and methodologies.
• Track and report progress on cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
• Monitor investment compliance and report on portfolios' effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support government oversight.
