Job summary

Unisity, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business delivering IT engineering services. The role analyzes requirements, leads design, and provides technical leadership for DoD-scale systems. You will develop architecture, guidance, and documentation while coordinating across teams and government stakeholders.

The role requires 14+ years SE experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and an active DoD security clearance with CWIP/Security+. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of SE experience in similar scope programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, CS, IS, or related discipline is required.
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant certification (Security+) required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities for DoD-scale systems.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation.
• Coordinate cross-discipline actions across teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
