Job summary

CTC Group is seeking System Engineers for SETA positions to analyze user requirements, COIs, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Responsibilities include managing requirements, contributing to SE documentation, and coordinating action items across groups.

Required is an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 5 years SE substitution) and extensive SE experience per level.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline; five years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems aligned with DoDAF/SOA architectures.
• Contribute to systems engineering docs such as System Engineering Plans and Requirements Specifications.
• Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB, design reviews, and test reviews needing cross-discipline coordination.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance and related security mechanisms.

Education
