Job summary

Unisity, LLC seeks a senior Systems Engineer to analyze requirements, lead design, and drive DoD program activities.You will guide system development, craft architecture documents, and ensure technical integrity across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities include coordinating with government customers, validating requirements, and supporting test plans. Active TS/SCI clearance with poly is expected; travel is required; a strong DoDAF/DoS architecture background is essential.

Qualifications

• 14+ years experience as a systems engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant certification (e.g., Security+) is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and system architectures to develop specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology across DoD programs.
• Develop system engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and program personnel to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Review system design, perform trade-offs, and allocate requirements to hardware, software, and personnel.
