The Role: We're seeking an experienced Systems Engineer specializing in drone communications. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing real-time communication systems between drones, docking stations, our ground control station (GCS) platform, and external systems for autonomous operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement real-time video streaming and command & control (C2) protocols
2. Develop integrations with collision avoidance systems
3. Collaborate with the product team to design customer-oriented solutions
4. Document system architecture and lead technical discussions

Required Qualifications:

1. 7+ years in software/systems engineering (1+ years in architecture)
2. 3+ years of Rust development experience
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in software architecture and design patterns

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with UAS or GCS platforms
2. Expertise in WebRTC and related technologies
3. Knowledge of C/C++ and LTE radio systems
