Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license.
• 3+ years in surgical services leadership.
• Strong fiscal-management and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, productivity analysis, and performance metrics.
• Experience with operating-room and perioperative clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level leadership for perioperative services across locations.
• Direct daily operations of perioperative departments including OR, preop, postop and related services.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement operational goals, policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Lead staffing models and organizational structure to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with nursing, finance and IT to optimize centralized services.
• Oversee recruitment, retention and professional development of managers.
