Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Spring, Texas is seeking a 3LS Quality Engineer. You will be the highest technical escalation authority, partnering with R&D, ODMs, vendors, and product engineering teams to resolve the most complex issues escalated from global customer support.

This role requires expert system-level debugging across hardware, OS, drivers, firmware, and applications, and you will drive root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of quality engineering or related experience.
• Experience with system-level debugging across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex field issues and act as final escalation point.
• Lead system-level debugging across hardware, OS, drivers, firmware, BIOS, and applications.
• Perform end-to-end root-cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, ODMs, silicon vendors, and suppliers to resolve defects.
• Validate fixes for stability and production readiness.
