Job summary

Career Connections, LLC. seeks a seasoned technical leader to join a global company undergoing rapid expansion. This role is fully remote with travel to customers, conferences, and manufacturing sites.

You will interface with the compute, storage, AI, and networking sectors to shape next-generation interconnect solutions, roadmaps, and strategic partnerships. You will drive industry standards and coordinate internal teams across R&D, product, and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compute, networking, AI, or storage system design and high-speed interconnects.
• Familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, and InfiniBand standards.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (simulation, modeling, CAD, SI analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for power, latency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical interface for hyperscalers, OEMs, and system architects to understand next-gen compute and AI challenges.
• Define high-level system architecture requirements aligned with evolving compute, AI, and networking ecosystems.
• Lead participation in industry standards groups and influence discussions on new protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales to translate insights into product offerings.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for interconnect solutions.
