Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of Software Development/IT experience.
• Eight (8) years of Software Architecture experience.
• Three (3) years of experience with DODAF v2.0 data architecture products/models.
• One (1) year with UNICOM Systems Architect or MagicDraw Architect.
• Two (2) years with JCSFL/JCA/NR KPP/UJTL/NIEM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program-level architect for the Biosurveillance Information Platform (BIP).
• Develop, maintain, and validate DODAF architectures for JPM CBRN IEW.
• Translate business features into data integration user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop data models, APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines aligned with system architecture.
• Guide design and implementation of secure, efficient APIs and data flows.
• Oversee data mapping, data migration, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Coordinate with JCPE CBRND engineers to produce system-level architectures.
• Ensure architecture/data models align with JCS/Joint Staff guidance.
