Job summary

Kalman and Company is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst for an onsite position located at the Pentagon. A US citizenship and an Active Secret clearance are required to be qualified for this opportunity.

The salary range for this opportunity is $115K/yr-$195K/yr. Responsibilities include requirements refinement, IT governance, NDAA compliance, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS software, with a focus on modernizing defense business systems and integrating AI/ML capabilities within government

Qualifications

US citizenship is required.
Active Secret clearance is required.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience (Computer/Systems Engineering).

Responsibilities

Assisting with requirements definition and refinement; process reengineering; evaluating COTS and GOTS software; and performing alternative system design reviews.
Evaluating emerging IT capabilities and presenting technical findings to the Government for consideration, including AI/ML integrations.
Assisting with benchmarking, capability demonstrations, and integration of program/portfolio management tools.
Supporting NDAA-compliant defense modernization efforts exceeding $1 million.
Providing IT governance, security reviews, requirements reviews, and IT audit compliance support.
