AT&T in Dallas is seeking a Lead System Engineer to translate business needs into scalable architectures across application platforms, data services, and cloud infrastructure. You will drive architectural decisions for high-volume distributed systems, and guide cross‑functional teams to implement resilient, containerized solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Docker, React.js, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), with a focus on scalable, secure, and observable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Docker.
• Experience with React.js, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3 and JSON.
• Experience deploying on AWS/Azure/GCP and working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable enterprise solutions by defining architecture across the stack.
• Design scalable system architectures and provide technical solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Develop full‑stack applications and containerized deployments using modern frontend and backend technologies.
