Job summary

AT&T in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff to drive the design and implementation of complex VoIP and data systems. You will lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and align technology with business goals across teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD in production, architecture of integrated voice and data networks, and advanced security, with extensive collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
• 4 years of experience in VoIP, networks, and related disciplines with proficiency in SIP, protocols, and analysis tools.
• Experience with production deployments, testing, and compliance checks in VoIP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex VoIP and data system projects from inception to implementation.
• Oversee CI/CD and production deployments in enterprise environments.
• Architect integrated voice/data networks with emphasis on security, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning.
