Fuji VNA Support (required) : Fuji VNA support: archive operations, retrieval, lifecycle management.
Image Routing (required) : Image routing logic. PACS Gear management for modality connectivity.
24/7 Monitoring (required) : 24/7 PACS monitoring discipline with IST prime coverage.
Synapse-Cerner Integration : (preferred)
Cardiology Imaging Triage (preferred) : Maclab and Epiphany interface triage. VIE external image exchange support.
Strong hands-on experience with Cerner Radiology and PACS applications.
Good understanding of radiology workflows and imaging operations.
Experience with PACS systems, DICOM standards, and imaging integrations.
Knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and healthcare systems.
Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and interoperability standards.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support.
Working knowledge of SQL queries and reporting is preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, imaging, and technical teams.
