Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Data Engineer to lead enterprise data integration initiatives. The role focuses on Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Snowflake, and ETL/ELT to support data-driven decisions.

You will work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite Mon/Wed/Fri and 2 days remote) and collaborate with government-grade IT teams on source-to-target mappings and data quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Data Engineering / Systems Analysis – Enterprise Data Integration.
• 8+ years Informatica PowerCenter.
• Experience with ETL/ELT mappings, sessions, workflows & reusable transformations.
• Advanced Oracle SQL / PL-SQL experience.
• Snowflake data loading, schema design & optimization.
• Experience with requirements gathering & Source-to-Target Mapping.
• 3+ years SAP BusinessObjects Universe design/maintenance.
• State Government or large-enterprise IT experience.
