Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity workforce position including Customer Service and Technical Support
• Experience with Data Administration, Knowledge Management, Network Services, System Administration, and Systems Security Analysis
• Must complete DoD ESS and ACAS training within six months of assignment
• IAT Level II certification required and DoD 8570M guidance followed

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and software installation in a client/server environment
• Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot IA problems
• Provide end user support for IA related applications
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic testing
• Coordinate software backup and antivirus requirements
• Perform IA specific maintenance of computer systems and network components
• Coordinate cybersecurity and IA requirements with government personnel
• Other duties as required to meet contract needs
